SIR — I wish to thank the people who have had trust and confidence in working with the UPDF Civil- Military Relations office especially those who have supported the UPDF against Kony’s terror and keeping the UPDF image high.
SIR — I wish to thank the people who have had trust and confidence in working with the UPDF Civil- Military Relations office especially those who have supported the UPDF against Kony’s terror and keeping the UPDF image high.
I also thank the people who have cooperated with us as the constitution requires that the Army must co-oporate with civilians. You have given us and sought correct information of value from us.
You have also worked with related departments in the UPDF like the counter-intelligence, the military spokesman, the human rights desk, the child protection unit responsible for receiving rescued rebel captives from the LRA and reintegrate them into their communities. We also thank the inter-departmental agencies like Police, Prisons, ESO, ISO SRPS public relation officers, Police complaints and crime watch desks.
The Police Information desk is always alert and available to us whenever we receive SOS calls from the public. We thank everybody who has worked closely with us although we cannot mention all of them individually.
