KAMPALA — A student has been charged with obtaining money from a Pastor of Kibuye Palace by false pretence. Henry Makubuya alias Kawesa of Bunga trading centre, allegedly told Pastor Charles Rwambarabi that he needed sh190,000 to obtain his property from the US embassy in Kampala and reportedly presented an ID-Pass number to the pastor saying it was issued by the INTER-AID department of the US embassy.
