APAC — The district prisons commander, Tom Okullo, has urged officers in-charge of prisons to be disciplined, hardworking and development-oriented. Briefing them in his office recently, Okullo said errant officers would be penalised.

KITGUM — Army sources said the 509 Brigade recently killed seven Kony rebels in Mucwini, Kitgum district and Patongo in Pader district. Seven abductees were rescued.
