SIR— The decision to levy tax on TVs is misguided. Why levy such fee in Uganda? To what purpose?
SIR— The decision to levy tax on TVs is misguided. Why levy such fee in Uganda? To what purpose? The policy direction should be increasing ownership and usage and not instituting a prohibitive licence.
