The acting medical superintendent, Dr. Henry Kalende, said the staff are innefficient
“Doctors come late and don’t supervise junior staff or follow up in-patients. The staff don’t even hand over officially between shifts,†he said.
A recent Police search resulted in the arrest of three workers with drugs worth sh500,000.
