Ssesse want oil deal speeded up

Ssesse islanders have asked the Government and Bidco Oil Refinery to expedite the implementation of the palm oil project, reports Josephine Maseruka.

In a memorandum to agriculture minister Kisamba Mugerwa on Tuesday, residents said they were marginalised.

Kisamba was touring Bugala island where 10,000 hectares of palm trees would be planted for the project.
