TWENTY-four basketball referees received their grade II certificates Monday at the YMCA, on completion of a four-day referees clinic.
The referees, 20 of whom are affiliated to basketball clubs, completed the clinic involving intensive, practical, theoretical and fitness tests conducted by FIBA certified referees.
