AKRIGHT Project has offered sh3m to the MOSAC-Akright 2004 rally due next weekend and promised to bring more co-sponsors on board.

Akright finance director Alex Kamukama announced the package at the launch of the rally presided over by MOSAC patron and health state minister Mike Mukula at Akright Kakungulu housing estates along Entebbe-Kampala road.

MOSAC president Kenneth Kitariko and event manager Frank Beeyendera received the dummy cheque.

“Akright and MOSAC have come together to organise a unique rally that people will enjoy. We are happy to associate with MOSAC the biggest club in the country,” Kamukama said of the maiden closed road rally.

Kitariko said: “We are honoured to have Akright take up this rally. We have never disappointed them, it’s a good gesture for a company that has been a minor becoming a major sponsor.”
