Bukasa Island to become tourist gem

A TABLE WITH A VIEW: Recently Col. Andrew Lutaaya invited guests to Ssese Islands to show them the tourist potential of these islands. Together with his brother, currently living in the United States, Lutaaya plans to develop three islands into eco-tourism centres.
