Tragedy In North

SIR— I would like to commend the minister of state for disaster preparedness for her versatile role in the tragedy that has befallen the northern Uganda. Since last June, she has been on the move, assessing and participating in the delivery of urgently needed support. She is synonymous with the legendary Teso lady “Abigairi”, a personification of service and selflessness. But the ministry should be proactive.
