The story so far: When the Mulondo parents are away, their children are looked after by two relatives who don't get along.

The story continues:
"Stop!" Nalu shouted.
" Both of you stop, can't you see you have done nothing but argue since you got here?" Uncle Jethro's mouth dropped open while aunt Proscovia clutched her heart. They slowly turned and stared at Nalu.

"How dare you speak to us in that way!" aunt Prosocovia finally gasped.
"Respect!" Uncle Jethro hissed.
"Nalu's right, bro" Muko spoke from the mattress "you and the old lady have been fighting since she got here. I can't even sleep." Aunt Proscovia marched over to Muko and cuffed his ear.
"Which old lady, which old lady?" she snapped.
"Come on Samsoni," aunt said. "You are the only child with manners in this house." Aunt tried to lift Samsoni from his mattress.
"Where are you taking me?"
"To sleep in Nalu's bed where the rats won't get you."
"And me?" Nalu exclaimed.
"You will sleep in here" aunt snarled.
"I want to stay with Nalu and Muko!" Samsoni wailed.
"Well!" aunt Proscovia folded her arms. "If even Samsoni can't do as he's told. I might as well leave and never come back." Aunt Proscovia waited for someone to say something and when no one did, she walked into Nalu's room and slammed the door. Uncle Jethro shrugged and strolled over to his room.

"Let's wash up the supper things before we sleep," Nalu suggested. "We don't want any more rats." The three Mulondo children cleaned the floor and counter tops and washed up the dishes in the sink.
"I feel better now!" Samsoni yawned as they got into their beds.
By the time they got up the next morning aunt Proscovia had gone and Uncle Jethro was sitting at the dinning room table.

"Your aunt told me to say good bye. She left you three letters. One for each of you. She was very angry. I hope what is in them won't upset you," Uncle Jethro laughed.
The children looked at each other.
"I will read my letter first," Samsoni frowned.
