UgachicK Poultry Breeders Limited has invested up to sh1.2b to boost its operations, the company’s general manager, Dr. Flavio Oliveira, has said.

UgachicK Poultry Breeders Limited has invested up to sh1.2b to boost its operations, the company’s general manager, Dr. Flavio Oliveira, has said.
“The company is investing in production to supply chicken and chicken products to the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi and Rwanda markets,â€he said
Oliveira was recently addressing the Uganda Investment Authority monitoring team, led by Dr. Maggie Kigozi at Ugachick Farm in Magigye, Wakiso district.
Areas for improvement include feeds processing and, chick production.
