If we do not receive any help, we are bound to stop going to school,†Darausi Nakabale, the elder son said recently. Abdul Kiwanuka, a former driver of Gateway Bus Company, was among the 14 people who died when LRA rebels ambushed the bus on the Gulu-Adjumani Road. When The New Vision visited the bereaved family at their home in Maganjo village, Wakiso district, Nakabale, a student of Bright Future Secondary School said their father had left on Wednesday morning and promised to bring them school fees and milk when he returned. The Chairman, Cyrus Kiggundu, said they had contacted the Gateway Bus administration. UPDF spokesman, Maj. Shaban Bantariza, said the army’s would hunt for the rebels. Ends
