KAMPALA — The Minister of State for Disaster Preparedness, Christine Aporu Amongin, has said a national policy on internally displaced persons will soon be released. During a workshop for NGO working in the north at the International Conference Centre recently, Aporu said the policy would coordinate humanitarian efforts.
Former MP pleads KAMPALA — The former MP for Bukomansimbi, Lubyayi Kisiki, has said he is willing to pay court costs worth over sh10m.
