By Peninah Kayaga CITY Hall Court has summoned Amos Nzeyi, the managing director of the Nakawa-based Crown Beverages Limited, to answer industrial labour charges. Nzeyi allegedly failed to report to the Kampala district labour office over a worker’s injury and to avail the office the mandatory records relating to workers compensation policy. Ruth Ntegyereize, 24, sued claiming that the company failed to facilitate her when she got an accident at work place. She allegedly got injured when a bottle full of soda burst and damaged her right leg. Ntegyereize, who a production line employee in 2003, wants a six-month compensation. Grade Two Magistrate Moses Kagoda Ntenda asked Nzeyi to appear in court on June 4. Ends
