Kony is possessed, say LRA defectors

Ali Mao and Pelegrine Otonga report that four LRA commanders who surrendered to the Army recently ruled out any possibility of peace talks with Kony because he comes to his senses only when possessed.
Maj. Sylvio Okot Ayoli, Capt. Charles Abola, Capt. Owino and Capt. Mathew Otto said this at the Lira resident district commissioner’s office on Thursday.
Okot said the war was already coming to an end.
