Support 3rd term â€" Mukula

STATE minister for Health Capt. Mike Mukula has appealed to the people of Teso to support a third term for President Yoweri Museveni in order to attain total peace and security for development in the country.

STATE minister for Health Capt. Mike Mukula has appealed to the people of Teso to support a third term for President Yoweri Museveni in order to attain total peace and security for development in the country.
Mukula, who is also Soroti Municipality MP was addressing a crowd during a party organised for him by Soroti women after attaining a Masters degree in business administration.
“We, the people of Teso region must support the third term for President Museveni so that we benefit more through development. We should not allow people who want to block our way for the good course. They will not manage,†Mukula said.
He urged the people to strengthen the unity in the region, saying “We are tired of wars, conflicts and carrying guns as arrow boys.â€
He urged parents to send their children to school because “the future of this country depends on education.â€
Most speakers appealed to President Museveni to give Mukula a full ministerial post because he has worked tirelessly to bring peace and security to Teso region and development in the health sector in the country.
The occasion was attended by Soroti resident district commissioner Musa Ecweru and the LC5 chairman, Ismail Oro.
Eresu and others supported Mukula’s appeal.
