ORGANISATIONS have been asked to undertake corporate social responsibility (CSR) tactfully other than giving out donations which do not add value to the company and society.

Peter Kaujju reports that Ivan Kyayonka, the managing director of Shell Uganda said, “Organisations should be cautious when handling corporate social responsibility and concentrate on social impact management which generates value for the organisation and society other than emphasising the philanthropy side.”
