A HUMAN rights activist in Busia district, Ben Balongo, has warned the local administration Police against mistreating and harassing crime suspects. Balongo recently told the press that the Police at Lunyo arrested Robert Oundo on June 2 for allegedly jumping court bail, but in the process, tortured and injured him seriously.
