BOXING hotshot super welterweight Badru “The Bonecrusher” Lusambya has turned on the heat ahead of his Africa title fight with Zambian John “The Hammer” Chibuta today at Nakivubo Stadium.

“I am going to let him sweat blood in the ring,” Lusambya told The New Vision. “I have suffered only one defeat in my career as a boxer and that was as an amateur, it won’t happen again. Chibuta is joking about flooring me inside five rounds. He will swallow his tongue.”

The 23-year-old will be vying for the vacant Africa super welterweight title against Zambia’s national champion in a fight dubbed “Strike on Africa”.
“I want my fans to advise me on how I should beat Chibuta, should it be by knockout or by points,” Lusambya asked.

The event is promoted by Gobtex International and sponsored by Knockout Varaji, Scandinavian Express, Uhuru Restaurant and Grand Pearl Hotel.
