STATE minister for agriculture Dr. Kibirige Ssebunya caused laughter at a NAADS workshop in Luweero on Thursday, when he openly rebuked district chairman Haji Abdul Nadduli for clinging onto his embattled chief administrative officer (CAO), Simon Mpiira.
“Nadduli, you should stop clinging onto the CAO because every time we hear you pleading CAO, CAO, CAO. These people (CAOs) have swindled billions upon billions of money, but you behave as if you are insensitive to the fact,” Kibirige said.
He also criticised Nadduli for telling people to produce many children, saying he was misleading the poor residents into creating families they cannot manage.
Kibirige said rich people who can afford to look after many children were becoming few.
