Residents of Kibuli Market Zone were recently treated to a stunning drama when a landlord plucked off iron sheet from a tenant’s house. Sengendo a Land lord plucked off some of James’ iron sheets for failure to pay rent of three months.
It is believed, James always played tricks on his landlord. When time for paying was due, he could go on holiday and leave his family members to defend him. Normally the story was that he had gone upcountry for ‘official duties’. Sengendo decided to give his tenant some time not knowing that all this was a game.
On this fateful day, he came with a fundi to teach his tenant some great lesson. James could afford buying expensive clothes and food yet fail to pay his rent. This upset the landlord most.
