NEWLY crowned Tivoli U-12 Cup winners Kampala Kids League team, have been honoured by the Gothia Cup organisers, who have asked them to read a letter of thanks on behalf of all 1500 competing teams to the guest of honour, England manager Sven Goran Eriksson.

NEWLY crowned Tivoli U-12 Cup winners Kampala Kids League team, have been honoured by the Gothia Cup organisers, who have asked them to read a letter of thanks on behalf of all 1500 competing teams to the guest of honour, England manager Sven Goran Eriksson.

The opening ceremony will take place tonight at Ullevi Stadium. The Totos will march into the stadium in front of 43,000 spectators.

Last night, the team had a visit to the cinema to see Spiderman 2.

The team travel to Sweden today.

The team is coached by Eddie Butindo, who was pleased with the 5-0 demolition of Hillerod in the final of the Tivoli Cup in Denmark on Saturday.
