Mbarara’s police car!

It is a mystery as to how law enforcement officers in Mbarara have been fighting crime. Four years ago, one of their police Land Rovers was grounded not because of engine failure or lack of fuel but because of four simple tyres. Now after years rotting away in the police yard at Mbarara’s Central Police Station, the force has finally raised enough money to buy new tyres for it. Makes you wonder that if they can spend four years looking for tyres how long does it take them to solve a crime? Hmm!
