Hip-hop fans will get a full mix of flavours when Francophone groups perform alongside local artistes this Saturday (October 23) at Kampala’s Sabrina’s Pub starting 7:00pm.

Several of the hottest new and old time Hip-Hop artistes will feature at the concert dubbed Annual Hip Hop Summit Two.

The famous local artistes who are to perform include Klear Kut, Lyrical G, Krazy Native, Extra Miles, Morris Kirya, Michael Ross and others.

Two Congolese groups, Empire Z and Zedin Kroo, will grace the show. Also expected to perform are Ugandan foreign-based artistes like Black Rain (USA), Blanka (Italy) and Rah P, a Tanzanian lady Emcee. Krazy Native, Benon and Vamposs, Chagga, Michael Ross, Papito, Ngoni and Lyrical G will perform their song Welcome to Kampala City on stage for the first time.

The song is currently rocking the charts and receiving popular airplay on radio stations in Kampala. Xenson, renowned for live graffiti as well as a display of street basketball by Extra Mile will spice the concert.

All the performances will be shown on giant screens. The entrance fee will be sh3,000. The concert has been organised by Alliance Francaise in conjunction with the Uganda Hip Hop Foundation.
