Cash ‘heals’ city beggar People were shocked last Sunday when a beggar moving with crutches threw the them aside and rushed for money across the road, writes Jonathan Osamuki. The incident occured near KPC on Kampala Road. A white lady had parked nearby and pulled sh1,000 as if giving it to another beggar. He was however, disappointed to realise the lady was buying a newspaper. The unidentified beggar picked his crutches and walked back to his station
