COURT has granted a temporary injunction to Haruna Ssemakula, the managing director of General Parts (U) Limited, restraining Middle North Agencies Limited from entering a plot in Nakawa.

COURT has granted a temporary injunction to Haruna Ssemakula, the managing director of General Parts (U) Limited, restraining Middle North Agencies Limited from entering a plot in Nakawa.
High Court judge I. D. E Maitum gave Ssemakula the order pending the disposal of the suit.
Ssemakula sued Middle North Agencies Limited, claiming that it illegally encroached on his land in Nakawa Industrial area in Kampala.
through his attorneys, Ssemakula claimed that after the land was allocated to Middle North in 1987, he, in 1989, claimed it and was compensated for whatever interest it had in the land.
The property in dispute is located on Plot 26 Mukabya Road LRV 2633 Folio 1, also known as plot M459 Mukabya road Nakawa Industrial Area.
Ssemakula said a judgment which gave title to Middle North Agencies over the plot was set aside by Justice C Okello on March 30, 1999.
