Opige did not understand Kayongo

SIR— In his letter to The New Vision of November 15 titled, “Kayongo is mistaken about Luganda”,

SIR— In his letter to The New Vision of November 15 titled, “Kayongo is mistaken about Luganda”, Joseph Opige of Soroti was mistaken about Kayongo.

He expressed disgust over Kayongo who had given a sound reason in proposing that the White Paper would have taken Luganda and not Swahili for a national language, since it is one of the native languages in Uganda.
