Spear Motors Limited has opened a $2m showroom in Nakawa, with the launch of the SLK200 Mercedes Benz, reports <b>Mikaili Sseppuya.</b>
Spear Motors Limited has opened a $2m showroom in Nakawa, with the launch of the SLK200 Mercedes Benz, reports Mikaili Sseppuya.
Speaking at the launch, the chairman of Spear Motors, Gordon Wavamunno said, “We have signed an agreement with Orient Bank to finance customers, who will purchase the car on hire purchase after paying sh2.5m initially.â€
Wavamunno said the showroom was a result of 32 years of collaboration with their partners.
He said all their departments would be housed under the new showroom.
Germany and US ambassadors, Dr. Alexander Muhlen and Jimmy Kolker respectively were present.
Later, the guests ‘took a spin’ on the floor of the showroom in the Benz.
