The Forum for Democratic change (FDC) has given the Government up to mid December 2004 for it to be registered.
Rukiga County MP Jack Sabiiti said the Government was delaying FDC’s registration for fear of competition. He was addressing youth leaders from higher institutions of learning in Kabale on Friday.
