“If any broker or insurer is to get the best return on investment, he/she has to adopt a client-centric approach. It involves designing and articulating the value of services, which meet clients’ needs,†the commissioner for insurance, Fred Magezi, said at the launch of an insurance brokers firm CLARKSON NOTCUTT Insurance Brokers Limited at Sheraton Kampala Hotel.
Magezi advised the Kenya-based firm to employ more Ugandans to improve its network.
