What’s the progress on the sale of Bugolobi flats?

It is the Natonal Housing and Construction Corporation’s responsibility to maintain the roads. Tenants must accept the fact that given the below-market-rates monthly rent that we pay, the NHCC may never be able to afford repairing the roads. It has at least done well with garbage collection, mowing the lawns and cleaning the stairways fortnightly. I suggest that NHCC provides estimates of the cost of repairing the different roads within the estate and the tenants served by the roads contribute to the costs. After all, this is the era of public-private partnership in service delivery.
