A REPORT from the Inspector General of Government (IGG) has ignited forgery accusations against the chairperson of Iganga town council tender board, Jackson Dhikusooka.

Moses Nampala writes that the district Criminal Investigations Department has been instructed to probe Dhikusooka. IGG Jotham Tumwesigye said Dhikusooka used forged academic documents to get the post. The IGG recommends that the tender board executive be suspended.

“Dhikusooka claimed that he got his O’level certificate at Pilkington College Muguluka. Records show that he failed and did not get a certificate,” the report said.
