Our brother’s murderer was just set free! Oh help!
SIR— I was born in a family of six children, three boys and three girls. We lost our parents, the father in 1993 and the mother 1998. Unfortunately, out of the three boys, two died, one of them murdered.

What traumatises me most is that the murderer was released shortly after arrest. I am sure that this was due to corruption at work because his relatives sold cows and borrowed a lot of money which they used to get the killer out of jail. There was ample evidence that the boy was killed.
A postmortem was done but because of the financial constraint in our family, the result was bought from the hospital by those people because we couldn’t pay in time.
What disturbs me is that when I returned from school, I found the killer comfortably living in the village.
He even intimidated one of my relatives who seemed serious on this issue. I appeal to anybody or any organisation to help us because, for two years now, whenever we see the man, we are scared.
