UGANDAN soccer referees and assistants who will officiate at international matches in the 2005 season will receive their FIFA badges tomorrow at FUFA House in Mengo.
FUFA referees sub committee boss Kigongo Bukenya said the officials would pick the badges at mid-day.
This year, two more women Harriet Nattabi and Diana Mukasa have made the grade of FIFA assistant referees, joining Rosebell Rwamuyamba and Florence Ssemmambo. Aisha Ssemmambo was the only unlucky applicant, whose quest for a badge was shunned.
The lists: Referees: Yusuf Awuye, Muhammad Sseggonga, Fred Kakooza, Fred Mufta, Festus Kirumira, Ali Kalyango and Arthur Bukenya. Women referees: Catherine Adipo and Margaret Kubingi.
Assistants: Ali Tomusange, Nelson Mubanda, Roberto Bukenya, Samuel Kayondo, Yahya Kiti, Dennis Ojwee and Hussein Bugembe.
