MBALE — A Uganda Human Rights Commissioner, Veronica Eragu Bichetero, has hailed Maluku Prisons for observing human rights and the good atmosphere it has offered to prisoners. “When we visited Maluku prisons we saw prisoners sleeping on mattresses and feeding on good food,” she said.
