KCC close Waga band

Barely months after Café Wagadougu changed hands from Peter Otim and Co to George Barenzi, the Bukoto Café has fallen foul of the KCC noise levels. The big Five Band headed by Julie Ssenga used to perform there every Saturday night have been put on hold until a compromise can be reached with the neighbours and KCC about the noise levels. Despite the order, music will still be played at the Café.
