Kids win vision, Metro prizes

THE New Vision and Metro Cash and Carry have done it again. More children are enjoying the benefits of participating in the Teens Teaser Competition.

By Catherine Ntabadde THE New Vision and Metro Cash and Carry have done it again. More children are enjoying the benefits of participating in the Teens Teaser Competition. On Saturday three children received sh225,000 in the fifth draw held at Metro’s head office, Nakawa. The winners received their prizes from the Metro End Control Manager, Christopher Ocheng. This brings to 12 the number of teens who have so far benefited from the competition.Rhona Kanabahita, The New Vision Sales and Marketing Executive, witnessed the function.Lillian Nkadda of Katikamu S.S.S scooped the first prize of sh100,000, followed by Joan Kemirembe of Nabisunsa Girls’ School with sh75,000 and Grace Akello won sh50,000.The two companies in conjunction with Radio One also launched a scholarship competition.
