By Darious Magara KABALE Resident district commissioner Dan Kaguta has criticised the Kabale Municipality Member of parliament (MP), Serapio Rukundo, for allegeldy supporting candidates who are sympathetic to Besigye’s reform agenda.Kaguta told the New Vision that Rukundo has been misleading the electorate by supporting what he called reformists when he is the National Executive Committee representative for the Kabale parliamentarian group. He recommended that the MPs lodge a vote of no confidence against him and elect a new representative. The MPs include Jack Sabiiti (Rukinga), Henry Banyenzaki (Rubanda West) and Dr. Abel Rwendeire (Rubanda East). Others are Avitus Tibarimbasa (Ndorwa East), Steven Bamwanga (Ndorwa West) and the woman MP, Mrs. Hope Mwesigye.“Rukundo should not claim to be a movementist any more because he supports reform candidates,” Kaguta said. Rukundo could not be reached for comment. He appealed to voters to support movementists.
