Vacancy Announcement -- Sales/Marketing Manager

A local branch of a multinational company dealing in Medical laboratory diagnostic equipment and consumables, wishes to recruit a dynamic, self motivated and result oriented individual to fill the above post.JOB DESCRIPTIONTogether with the Technical Support Manager, he/she will becharged with the responsibility of:- Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies and programmes aimed at enhancing our position in the market.- Consolidating the company's existing client base and developing new markets.- Formulation and development of standard operating procedures and effective implementation of sales and marketing programmes.- Provision of advice to management on sales and marketing matters.BASIC REQUIREMENTS- Preferably a graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology though applicants with any other Medical or scientific background can be considered.- Qualifications in marketing will be an additional advantage.- Any relevant experience in marketing medical products will be significantly advantageous.- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.He/she will report to the Country Director.REMUNERATIONAn attractive and competitive package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.Applications including a detailed curriculum vitae , three referees and a telephone contact should be sent to:ADVERTISERP.
