SIR—I am surprised and annoyed that The New Vision apologised to Col Kahinda Otafiire for manhandling its photojournalist.

SIR—I am surprised and annoyed that The New Vision apologised to Col Kahinda Otafiire for manhandling its photojournalist. Otafiire says he was annoyed by the close camera flash. That is the price of being a public figure! He can even be hit with rotten eggs and tomatoes. He should have been sued.John AseaKampala
