UGANDA referee Peter Tyaba Lwanga is among four referees who have been appointed to officiate the 2002 Davis Cup Euro/Africa group IV tennis championship scheduled for Mombasa next week. Others to handle the matches includes Ian Smith from South Africa, Patrick Kamuhia (Kenya) and Khaled El Sergany from Egypt. Tournament director John Warambo from Kenya said the tournament will be played on league format.ends
