KAPCHORWA — UPDF soldiers were yesterday deployed in Kaserem sub-county in Tingey county to curb election malpractices. The district registrar, Alfred Amudu, said the deployment followed reports that Lt. Juma Seiko was bribing voters. Amudi said the soldiers, armed with a Mamba, were dispatched from the district headquarters where they have been camping.Ends
