BUSIA — The District Returning Officer, Mr. Collins Dombo, has attributed the poor turn-up of voters to the big number of candidates.
BUSIA — The District Returning Officer, Mr. Collins Dombo, has attributed the poor turn-up of voters to the big number of candidates. There are eight candidates for the district chairmanship. He said few voters had voted by 1:00pm. Dombo also said there was less bribing of voters at the campaigns and that could have discouraged voters.Ends
