THE Soroti district LC5 campaigns on Wednesday ended successfully with the incumbent chairman John Emily Otekat predicting he would get 60% of the vote.

William Omaria said he would win by 70%. former presidential candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye’s campaign manager Peter Omolo said he would win by 61%.People turned up in big numbers at the joint campaign venues at Moraupesur, Agip Market and at the public gardens.The campaign venues visited by the New vision were peaceful. “I have served in the military and as a minister. I am the best candidate,” Omaria said.
