By Douglas Mazune in Garuga Moses Lumala won the Kobil 2002 rally super-special stage, but Charles Muhangi, in his new car, stole the show at Garuga yesterday.The stage watched by one of the biggest crowds to assemble for a sprint, concluded with all the top guns promising fire in the race to Mbarara today.Lumala took a three seconds lead at Garuga double track circuit in 4:19.30 to edge out speed merchant Emma Katto who was also in a Toyota Celica ST185.“It feels great to lead. I will try to attack harder and get a good early lead tomorrow (today),” a beaming Lumala said.Charles Muhangi in a newly purchased Subaru Impreza WRC formally owned by Hirji and Katto set the fastest time in the first lap.
