MBARARA — Over 6,000 dogs in the district have been vaccinated against rabies in the last two months.

MBARARA — Over 6,000 dogs in the district have been vaccinated against rabies in the last two months. The district veterinary officer, Dr. John Barigye, told the New Vision yesterday that the exercise started in December last year after cases of rabies were reported in Ibanda and Rwampara counties. Rabies is a dangerous disease which infects animals and human beings.Ends
