Wrong flag

SIR—There is a flag that flashes on your website with the words "Uganda constitutional review commission", a map of Uganda and the coat of arms of Uganda. However this flag belongs to Germany not Uganda. The Uganda flag is black, yellow, red, and the colors are repeated in that order. The German flag on the other hand is only black, yellow, red.
