SIR— Albert Cook Library in Mulago is noisy. Students often hold discussions among themselves. The workers in the computer room also talk endlessly and we find it hard to concentrate.
SIR— Albert Cook Library in Mulago is noisy. Students often hold discussions among themselves. The workers in the computer room also talk endlessly and we find it hard to concentrate. On top of that, it is difficult to trace journals, as it takes a long time to put them back on the shelves after they have been used.
