KAMPALA — A total of sh23b is needed to compensate people affected by the construction of the Northern by-pass, Parliament heard yesterday.
KAMPALA — A total of sh23b is needed to compensate people affected by the construction of the Northern by-pass, Parliament heard yesterday. Works minister John Nasasira told the committee on public service and local government currently probing the city council (KCC) that construction would start as soon as the compensation is completed. Nasasira told the committee that the European Union had offered $23m for the construction. Ends
